Architectural and construction solutions:

The Architectural and Construction Department developed the solutions with technological and administrative plants. All building was made of prefabricated metal structures with three-layer insulation.

Engineering solutions:

While design work, process engineers installed gas turbines with a power of 1 MW each to ensure the company's own needs for electric and thermal energy.

The type, power, steam parameters, and other technical data on the equipment were determined during the engineering based on thermal and electrical loads.

When choosing cogeneration plants, the following main factors were taken into account:

  • thermal and electrical efficiency
  • rated power output
  • number of starts
  • start time
  • environmental performance
  • design life and maintenance intervals

Electrical solutions:

Having analyzed the existing loads of the Customer, engineers of the Control&Automation department developed electrical circuits taking into account the supply of electricity to the existing energy network.

They provided protection and automation, as well as the laying of a control cable.

Terms of drafting 90 days.
