Design Bureau Turbopar.eu finished the design engineering of a Power plant for the Production of metal Sheet and tinplate in Miory, Vitebsk region.

Energy Center has the aim to provide electric, steam and hot water.

  • Electric power: 25650 kW
  • Heating power (heating, ventilation, hot water): 16.095 Gcal / h (18.719 MW)
  • Process steam flow: 22 t / h

Main equipment:

  • gas engine unit CG260-16 (Caterpillar), 4275 kW x 6pcs.
  • double steam recovery boiler Hering VB-I (one for two gas units), with auxiliary equipment and a control system, with a 7.17 t / h steam production, P=8.0 bar. Total amount: 3 units.
  • Bosch Universal US-L steam boilers, 12.5 t / h, operating pressure 8.0 bar. Total amount: 2 units.

Project documentation was developed using information modeling technologies (BIM). The level of detail of the BIM model is LOD 300-350. Used software: Revit, TEKLA, Eplan.
